I don't own a Radley any more - all my bags are either Osprey from when I worked there, or what I've somehow ....ahem.....acquired on my holidays :P 8-)

I used to buy loads of bags but over the last 6 or 7 years I've not really found many that I like so old favourites have worn out. Now I'm just left with a few and mainly they're casual messenger bags made of material (so not ideal with our weather) so I've been on the lookout for a plain black cross body bag which will do for days out or shopping. I've got a few nice leather bags but they're night out size and I can't get much in them.

Just got back from a trip in the Ukraine cruising along the Black Sea and the River Dneiper from Odessa to Kiev and my Radley was perfect. It went from morning to night. It was extremely comfortable to wear across the body and went with everything I wore. The compartments worked well and the beauty of it is it stays flat no matter what I put in it.

Several women on the boat asked me about it as they thought it was lovely. My daughter hasn't used her large black Radley across-the-body-bag yet as it doesn't hold her ASUS and case so I shall take it back and use it myself. The perfect bag.

Fugi, the one I got was the large black one. I've used it (minus the doggy!!) for the first time today and love it!

Oh great you love it too Jo. It's the best hands-free across the body bag I've ever had. I usually carry a shoulder bag like this on my right hand side but find I have to wear this with the wide part of the strap across my front so worn on my left hand side and it stays put. If I wear it the other side it doesn't grip and stay in place. Brilliant. I've left my doggy on but tuck it in!
