The psoriasis on my legs is quite bad, so I'm going to try it over leggings

Kaz I would brave it out, the sun will do your psoriasis good xx
I had a boyfriend who had it badly, all over, he played quite a lot of tennis. He wore long trousers but his consultant persuaded him into shorts, it helped.
Bb's dad has it really badly, their holidays always help. It's the ultraviolet.

Agree with Di - whenever you have sunny weather get some sun onto your legs.

Don's dad suffered terribly in the winter months with psoriasis but as soon as the weather was fine he was in his garden like a shot to get some rays and it really did help. xx

Yes, I know you're right, about the sun - I have a hand-held UV lamp and that helps, and I've already sat in the garden a few times, but that's in private. I'll try to be brave, but it makes me really self-conscious
