Citrus vinaigrette

Just saw this on TV.....

1 dsp plain yoghurt
1 dsp honey
25ml each of lemon, orange and lime juices
25ml of good quality wine vinegar (he used Champagne vinegar!) I think balsamic would work
pinch of salt and pepper.

Whisk.

Done.

Not sure I fancy it...on what? :?

But btw, for things like onion bhajis, that kind of starters/sides, as a dip, we've taken to mixing either lime pickle (vv hot!) or mango chutney with yoghurt/Greek yoghurt or even creme fraiche. Really nice :D

Oh I dunno, I would have that if it was offered, on a green salad :)
