That Summer Chicken recipe

You know, the one with cherry tomatoes, creme fraiche and pesto?
The same idea works really well with ready-made spinach & ricotta tortellini
For 2:
Boil tortellini per instructions (usually just 1-2 mins).
Drain that; in same pan, heat olive oil/melt knob of butter, add halved/quartered cherry or baby plum tomatoes. Stir around till beginning to soften, add a big dollop or two of creme fraiche, a tablespoon or so of pesto and seasoning.
Add pasta, stir in to coat well and serve - with a few torn basil leaves of you have them, and parmesan at the table.
About 10 mins, start to finish
Garlic bread is of course gorgeous but not obligatory
