And this is a seared Sea Bass on a plate with some crudités, coleslaw and dips - hot(!) garlic and chilli; lime, chilli and honey; and oyster, hoisin and tomato.
It is now in my tummy.

Ah yes, Manxie, but I got three of them, plus two herring and two mackerel for £7.50.
I have already butterfled and salted the herrings for later.

Crudités, mmmmm That looks delish WM, in fact it looks so delish that I've taken one out of the freezer for my tea. Did you sear it in a dry pan?
