This is a Sea Bass

And this is a seared Sea Bass on a plate with some crudités, coleslaw and dips - hot(!) garlic and chilli; lime, chilli and honey; and oyster, hoisin and tomato.

Ah yes, Manxie, but I got three of them, plus two herring and two mackerel for £7.50.

I have already butterfled and salted the herrings for later. ;) :lol: :lol:

Crudités, mmmmm ;) ;) ;) That looks delish WM, in fact it looks so delish that I've taken one out of the freezer for my tea. Did you sear it in a dry pan?
