LOL! It's become a favourite in our house too

When Tom and I did our overnight in London in August I asked him what he wanted for dinner as he was getting his GCSE results that day and we were planning a bit of a celebration meal. As we'd been up all night I was hoping he'd say a takeaway. Nope, he wanted Jambalaya

It's such an easy meal to make but so delicious. :kick: :kick:

John's took leftovers (I make a wokful because they're such greedy piggies) to work for his lunch today :D

To be fair to John he'd just cycled 31 miles, mostly through mud, so had earned a large portion

:D
A little group of people I used to work with were cyclists, they all said the best thing about it was how much you could eat :D

That recipe is terrific isn't it, I have several variations - 'Portuguese chicken' and 'Spanish chicken' amongst others - but this one is probably the best :)
I forgot to buy chorizo yesterday too
Glad you like it so much :)

I have just been for a search for the recipe you recommend and found it :D
I do make this from time to time, but this recipe looks much more simple. Hoorah! :kick:

It's simpler than the one I used to use most Loz, which was the Portuguese one, but the results are at least as good if not better, so win-win :D
