I will get you currying.

Paste.
Ground cumin x 2
Ground coriander x 1
Ground turmeric x 1
Ground chilli x 1
Fenugreek x 0.5
Grated garlic x 2 cloves
Grated medium onion x 1
Salt to taste
Oil.

The spoon measures are dessertspoons, multiply them up for more. Do the same with the other stuff.

Slowly, very slowly over a low heat, cook them in oil till the onion is translucent. Make a big batch. Your basic paste will keep in the fridge for weeks, months.

To make the different curries simply add things like paprika, tomato paste, cinnamon, dried chilies, onions, butter, coconut, coconut milk, cream, cloves, star anise, nutmeg, lemon grass, ghee, yoghurt, lime, unrefined sugar or whatever you fancy.

Try this site for basic ideas. Don't just go "curry" explore a bit.
