I've bought two portions of salmon - frozen, not fresh.
Now then - how on earth do I cook it?
I asked Judy, my nice neighbour and she said to wrap it in foil, in the oven and add some fresh herbs and a squirt of fresh lemon.
Yes, I said, but that won't disguise the taste, will it?
