They look lovely Frank.

Are they just normal pancakes with filling?

What are you going to do with them now? Can you freeze them? How do you reheat them?

Debih, they are just pancakes but with a slightly thicker batter and slightly more mix in the pan. The fillings I make myself and are whatever is in, the fillings are already cooked before they go in the pancakes. The pancakes are sealed with a brush of the pancake mix round the edge while they are still hot. I make a pancake, fill it, seal it, then move on to the next.

They do freeze, but don't last long round here before they are all gone - my daughter is a BIG fan.

To reheat I have a mini oven and put them in there on about 180c for 25 mins or till piping hot all through.

:?: They taste like savoury pancakes! :P   Di, it's not a sweet batter (egg, plain flour, salt, milk and water) and they do crisp up when being reheated, but they are not like the Findus ones we used to get as children.

Kaz, you notice I made more chilli ones than anything else..... my fave ones.

They look really tasty, although I'm not a fan of savoury pancakes. Do they still become crispy when reheated after being frozen?
