We do like the black bean thing I do, with a bbq, but the beans we've been getting recently are rubbish, the whole thing turns to mush.
So - bright spark here had an idea - don't cook the beans
So, for tonights bbq, we had half a tin of black beans, very thoroughly rinsed off, some cold cubed, cooked block presunto, very finely diced raw onion (Grumpy doesn't have many teef ) and cherry tomatoes, quartered.
Chucked it all in a bowl and poured over olive oil and fresh lemon juice.
