Strewth!

20,000 phantom voters have "vanished" since there was a crackdown on electoral fraud in Bradford.

20,000! How can the last elections there have been fair?

There is some good stuff on the above site about postal voting fraud, too.

Well I never!

I wonder which areas of Bradford they have disappeared from and what surnames they were using.

We actually do need to know, and for the information to be put in the public domain.

I assume We can also assume that these same "Extra's" were voting in the council elections???

Of course need to know, then we'd know as much as they do and they can't have that can they???

Ah Gorgeous George as they called him because of his ability (literally), to talk women out of their nickers. As Mrs S has met him socially more than once, I can confirm the charm from a first hand source. Not that she admits to having succumbed...  He was a close personal friend of my BIL during the late 60's and early 70's. No surprise there as they grew up half a mile away and were both rabid communists.

I wonder how many of his voters have actually read the wiki page on him??

"I am on the anti-imperialist left... If you are asking did I support the Soviet Union, yes I did. Yes, I did support the Soviet Union, and I think the disappearance of the Soviet Union is the biggest catastrophe of my life."

And also

Galloway told Robert Chalmers of The Independent on Sunday in June 2012: "I am not a pacifist. I am a revolutionary. I am a Socialist who doesn't like Capitalism and who likes Imperialism less. I am a revolutionary and I support the armed struggle where there is no alternative."

If 20k imaginary voters get wiped from his list I'll be very happy. I know a lot of eastern Europeans who would like to debate the whole Soviet Union statement with him. In the ring, no gloves. Or rules. Preferably with him tied down....
