Outside of the whole Ukraine negotiations drama, the US has started to attack the Houthi's. Not throw a few missiles at launchers, they are taking out people and weapons stock.
The US statement is that the Houthis will no longer be allowed to attack the US navy with impunity and they will not be allowed to dictate which shipping will travel through those waters.
The secretary of state has clearly stated the action will go on as long at it takes to ensure the Houthi's no longer have the capability to carry out these attacks.
At the same time they warned Iran that supplying the Houthi's will be seen as a direct act of aggression against the US.
Also Today I saw an interesting talk by someone who had direct knowledge of the Trump deal to withdraw from Afghanistan. Trump told the translator "Tell him that if one US soldier dies I will kill him". The translator was a bit taken aback but relayed it. Then Trump took a picture out of his binder hand handed it to the Afghan leader. It was a surveillance picture of his home.
The Biden administration is gone, the mad dog is back.
