Yes, the right-wing certainly knows how to pick these cartoon characters, but they don't turn out to be very funny for those countries who then elect them... as we and the Yanks found out.

Given that I have an Argentinian granddaughter and my son lived there for around 17 years, I know a fair bit about their political environment.

This one is in response to the two other parties leveraging the indigenous vote every time they want to get into power. It has driven a strong right swing.

Perhaps they've forgotten about the "disappeared"?
