Not naming and not shaming.

In fact just the opposite.

Leeds, the UK's third largest city, is on the tipping point of going into lockdown again because of the rise in Covid case, so we get this from our Council: "The city council said infections were broadly spread across its local communities."

This is a bare-faced lie.

Some 90% of the metro area has seen no rises in cases for weeks. The areas where most new cases are found are Harehills, Burmantofts and Burley and all are BAMM (Black and Ethnic MAJORIY) areas. Police photos from illegal raves and street parties tend to show a number of BAME faces that are not consistent with the demographics of Leeds - 85% white, 6% Asian, 3.5% black and 5.5% other.

I am not "blaming" ethnic minorities for the rises, they are in fact victims, but officialdom needs to stop pretending that we are all in this together - all equal. We are not. Maybe if the woke, PC, virtue signaller brigades accepted the truth we could target resources where they are most needed to, indeed, help us all.

It is the type of mis-management that is prevalent in the public sector, WM. Ignore the specific reason for the problem and pretend that "everyone" is the problem.
In this case the truth is too awkward to be told.
