They have worked for some time but for expediencies sake that must now change - and pronto.

Naturally this is about the Tory party and fears that some hardline Brexiteers will lose out as they fall over themselves to take on the PM's job, so says Tory party failure and hardline Brexiteer, Ian Duncan Smith. Bless.
"We need to present a face of a party that actually can get jobs done," [he said]. "We don't want to have this meandering around looking like chaos."

Nice one, Smithy, but you need medical help if you think that any of the current runners are going to put Humpty back together. The Tories, and Labour, both need massive overhauls if they are to reconnect with the electorate and despite all the spin Brexit is not the only game in town.

You can only ignore us left-behinds for so long; and that be at your peril. It is long past time for you all to get on with the day job

Talking of day jobs, who gave Bercow permission to go and give a speech in America?
He should be in Parliament making sure Brexit is made to work.
Be interesting if this jolly shows on his expenses

Parliament is in recess till next Tuesday so I guess that he is allowed out of the country if he wants, and if people want to pay him to rant...

Whether parliament should be in recess in a time of crisis is another matter.

Nice sentiment, if you're a Tory, but that's all it is - sentiment.

The expression "completely different planet" comes to mind. The new initiative over HE tuition fees is a case in point - the longer repayment period and lower starting threshold will make it financially more onerous, and it is almost bound to get kicked into the long grass anyway …...
