Gina Miller, remember her, along with the Independent Workers Union of Great Britain, have asked the courts for a ruling on whether the £1bn deal with the DUP is allowed without the approval of Parliament.

Their Law Lords and Ladyships have yet to make a formal decision, but lawyers for the DUP and HM Treasury have confirmed that it must be the case.

This opens up a whole new can of worms and nobody knows where they might slither.
