After the dumbing down of society that the BBC and others, have been guilty of, the only answer to that is a qualified "Yes".

Why qualified? Because the people who need this will probably be hospitalised from drinking booze all night then watching Jerry Springer all day on their mobiles, in full sun, without any water; just more beer........
