I haven't made my mind up about Scotch whiskey yet.

The bottle I keep for having with seasonable mince pies is getting rather low.

Any ideas ?

Or shortbread

LOL, saundra, Scottish shortbread is also on the banned list. I've been looking to source a supplier of English shortbread. There's Devonvale from Honiton, near where we used to live, and one of them's got a chocolate topping, so that'll get Mrs O's vote ! :D

I make my own. It's so much nicer than any of the Scottish shortbread that I've tried. Choc chip goes down well - and quickly - in our house.

There you go, Jo's English ChocChip Shortbread - a great marketing opportunity to supplement your income .... :D

Meanwhile, it's been a record 110% turnout according to a CNN screen-grab posted on the Guardian website:

Their Poll of Polls are apparently calling it - NO 52% - YES 58%
