No it's not out of the question at all.

I have this fantasy that some day they will stand back and look at what they do from an outside point of view. The Radio, TV and every media outlet have been in drip, drip, drip mode for months with register, register, register. It's been impossible to get away from it.

Yet half a million people suddenly had to register in the last few hours?

They deserve to lose their vote and they have brought the legitimacy of the vote in to doubt.
