I have never been able to stand the man however it is time to get rid of these wretched individuals who are turning this country into a laughing stock.

Imagine today him singing this, or any one else ( he sang it inspite of the fact he was as black as the ace of spades.) oops!
No it isn't a nice word, however it's one used by the ignorant negro's themselves when upset by one of their country fellow men and women and by stupid racist people who should know better.
As they refer to whites as "White Trash and Honkeys."
No one would use these expressions other than the ignorant, however we also cannot use the word coloured I believe.
We have the word Negro, is that acceptable.?

And when school teachers have to now write on a chalkboard, I think that is going too far.

Clarkson is an ar5e who likes to push the boundaries, and he is good at it.

The 'slope' thing was, at one level, a first class double-entendre, but it was also tasteless at the same time - and it was staged. The production team knew the risks, that is why Hammond said in the clip: "You're right, it is definitely higher on that side." Clarkson was only the mouthpiece for the lot of them.

As for Eeney, meeny, miney, moe...... The clip was never broadcast, it was left on the cutting room floor where it belonged. What is more, the DM recovered it and made it available and it is clear Clarkson mumbled some utter rubbish instead of the n word. He obviously knew it was a step too far. What happened then, however, is that some member of the "professionally offended" brigade, took it upon themselves to make the whole world know.

Another member, Somi Guha, is taking the BBC to court for her hurt feelings. She is being represented by Equal Justice, a campaigning group, and wants £1m punitive damages.

We suffer from a really bad "ism" in the UK now. It's a "thing" ism. The thing may be a word, a knife or god knows what. If that "thing" is uttered or used, it's the end of the world. The "thing" must be banned.

In the end we will become a nation of limited vocabulary with limited education, run by Asia who has far more sense than to have anything to do with "thing" ism. And are canny enough to use it against us.

However we lack a massive "ility" in the UK now. It's called Responsibility. There is no personal responsibility any more, just isms and rules.

From what is being said here, someone has taken offense at a slyly worded phrase which has a double meaning. As an upshot of that someone has "stolen" BBC footage and handed it to the press. Things are said and done in the "heat of artistic license", which are then deemed "not fit for public consumption". Then they are filed away, perhaps for a more enlightened time or even for a documentary on attitudes and social mores of the early 21st century.

To then have that media stolen and presented to the press is a "Criminal" act.

What do we hear? It's all bad. Someone has to go to court. Someone is "offended".

My take? Tough. I'm offended by the damned attitude of someone who wants to steal £1M from the taxpayers on the precept that they are offended. How about we get 10m signatures for an action to stop overly sensitive ethnic minorities form taking offense from a bit of humour which was in bad taste????

Then we can go to court and demand £10m in compensation for the offense to our sensibilities.

Perhaps this is the ONLY way we'll ever get this stupidity resolved.

Don't understand the reference to ''slope'', but that aside, am currently watching a TV series Hell on Wheels on CNBC Turkey (American probably).

For those who have never seen this, it is about the building of the first American rail networks on which a lot of freed slaves worked.

Now the ''N'' word is used every few minutes by blacks to blacks and whites to blacks and so on and so forth - don't hear anyone raising a hue and cry........... maybe because its considered a drama/marginally historical

Remember years ago a loony London Borough banning black bin bags and providing all with industrial grey.
