One part of the report made me smile. It said that decriminalisation of drugs would "ease the burden on the criminal justice system".
What a great idea! Let's expand on it, and just de-criminalise all crime - then we wouldn't need a criminal justice system at all..
No need for expensive police forces, or criminal courts, or jails, or probation services etc etc.

It's a wonder nobody has thought of it before.

No need for a government either without laws.....

Big new market for guns. Great employment opportunity for security services.

Could completely revitalise the economy. Of course we wouldn't pay taxes which would be a bit of an issue, but, hey, no pressure right??
