Well now, a new Ukraine twist.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy is now open to accepting the loss of lands in Luhansk, Donetsk and the land bridge to Crimea if it is to be allowed to join NATO. They might even be negotiated to return at a later date but still allowing Russia free acces to Crimea.

Some of us suggested this solution at the beginning of the war but the hawks wanted all out war. That has gone well, eh? I wonder how many lives could have been saved if only we had been sensible?

NATO is a busted flush now Trump is in power, so I'm not clear what Zelenskyy thinks he's getting out of such a deal.
