Saundra, I think that you need a bit more advice than we can offer so I suggest you get in touch with Citizen's Advice, Age UK or use the link to your local Inland Revenue office that I provided. It might be best to do it by letter as the number given is the national number and you can be on hold forever trying to get through. You might need a friend or neighbour with a printer scanner to make copies of any relevant information HMRC requires.

I don't know how far away you are but HMRC is next door to Bridlington town Hall if that helps should you need to make a visit.

Stay away use one line x I shall leave it time will tell
Will just pay carnt be arxxed
