Sadly I think that any deal we do with Russia will be similar to Munich 1938. Worth about as much as toilet paper if it clashes with the wishes of Russia/Putin.
I had thought the world had worked its way through this kind of thing due to the ever present threat of Nuclear destruction.
Apparently not.
