Yes, there's so much shit on X (Tik Tok and Meta) that the EU and UK have a joint investigation into violent content, hate speech and the spread of terrorist content.

Fake videos on X (now taken down from the BBC report) purported to show:

* Israel using phosphorus in Gaza, It was actually fireworks in Algiers after a local football derby in 2021.

* A man (allegedly) abusing a young hostage toddler. The original was posted in September 2020 - location and context unknown.

* A scene from a video game, Arma 3, claiming to show an Israel helicopter being shot down.

* Others I cannot remember.

Folks, do remember, the above mentioned sites are not for news, they are echo chambers for many seriously unstable people, with nothing better to do, sitting all alone in their jim-jams stuffing their faces with Pringles whilst looking for attention.

I was thinking more of the cartoons to depict attitudes.

I mainly follow Mario Nawfal for most of the news plus some other outlets. Mario is trying to keep it about news from both sides, bans words like terrorist and other evocative words. He also takes criticism and adjusts his posts when he gets negative feedback.

I may not agree with everything he says but at least the guy is really trying to make this about news and not rhetoric. It means that a massive body of actual news is growing under his thread.
