It is being taken back to the assembly and testing area. Russia is refusing to launch the satellites, which are pre paid at $80m to $100m per launch. Also the next 5 launches are pre paid.

On the other hand, the rest of the satellites are sitting in Florida, where they are made. SpaceX launches from Florida and has the most free capacity on the market.

I wonder if they're talking to SpaceX? SpaceX can launch the entire remaining satellites in 3 launches with a bit of shuffling. If they can get SpaceX to do the lift. SpaceX max charge for a Falcon9 is $62m to private customers, or $50m if you take a refurb booster.

In short if OneWeb can get SpaceX to do the launch they could have their satellites in space for under the cost of 2 more Roscosmos Soyuz launches.

Musk might just do it.

Exomars is the next issue. Supposed to be launching on a Soyuz and using a Russian lander. That's looking like it is not going to happen.
