Good morning. :D

Forecast nice again. 8-)

Busy day today - bank first thing to get a form signed then into Malaga to get the form stamped.

I'm working later - another teacher is having two of her wisdom teeth removed this morning  so I've said I'll do her classes which are 4 - 8. :D
I'm sure she won't feel up to coming in to teach. Ouch!

Have a great day everyone.

Morning all :D

Bit early to tell what the weather will be like, but it's nice and dry and no sign of frost.

Up at silly o'clock as we're expecting the roofing peeps any time in the next half hour. Think I mentioned back in November we found some of the pointing from the ridges had come down. It's where the old chap had pointed over old cement and of course it eventually blows. In fairness it showed up on the survey and we were told it would need redoing sometime in the next 2 years. Currently it's not causing a problem, no water's getting through, but we decided better to get it done now while it's not an emergency and of course the cost would only go up if we leave it.

Hope you all have a good day :D

Morning you two :D

Ally, that's nice of you as your colleague will be bound to feel a bit rough xxxx

Jen I hope your roofing gets sorted! Sensible to get it done now, before it becomes a real problem ;) xxx

It's wet here again, weightwatchers later then zumba so I have to go out in it  I'm on my third umbrella of the winter now, as the others have blown inside out on me and broken      Becky is working later, and is coming to the Wednesday zumba this week.

Have a good day all :) xxxx

Morning you lot

Ouch Ally, your poor colleague - good on you for offering to take her classes; she definitely won't be feeling up to talking much after that kind of op.
Jen, good luck with the pointing; it does make sense to have it done now before it becomes an issue.
Kaz, enjoy your various Monday activities. 3 brolly's in one winter - wow.... I've had one for absolute years and only replaced it because it's looking really really manky. But it still works :D

Dry crisp day today - not getting much about 4 degrees so they say; and tonight apparently it's expected to be about -4 - brrrrrrrr. I'll be putting the cover on the car tonight me thinks as that does make it a bit easier in the mornings (provided it stays dry - it's not much use if it's been raining).

Have a lovely day all xxx

Morning :)
Guess what, it's raining

Just as you'd escaped working Mondays Ally - poor lady though, rather her than me x
Kaz I only rarely use a brolly as I can't hold them up for long, but it means I rely on very unglamorous hoods :D
Definitely best to get the roof done now Jen :)

The forecast for tomorrow and Wednesday is better (well, dry!) so I shall save going out, Bb's working locally so can pop into a shop for the odd bits we need.
Hope you all have a good day
x

Morning all, dull and damp here but it doesn't seem to be so cold. Mostly h/worky stuff today, but first I have to put together a nasty email of complaint to our electricity supplier who once again has billed us for the meter that was removed on 29th January last year. They are threatening disconnection, maybe I should let them come and see if they can find it to disconnect    Will get a walk in too. Have a good day everyone :)

I have a hood on one of my coats Di, the padded 3/4 length jacket I wear the most, and I do use it, but unless I use my brolly as well my jeans/trousers/leggings get soaked sometimes. It can really pour down here, and gets very windy too which is what knackers the brollies  :cute:

Luckily it died down here, and was dry by the time I got out of my meeting :)
