The 'only' reason Bb still can't see is that the expected cataract has grown very quickly and is extremely dense.
Which sounds like bad news but is all good
At his last appointment he couldn't see because there was still so much scar tissue on the retina. They couldn't tell us whether that would improve or not, but in fact it's much better than expected
We went in prepared to say that if it wasn't going to improve he'd be better off without that eye (because it's not blind, it's horribly blurred/distorted).
As it is, he's due to have the cataract removed on January 28th and should actually be able to see again
