Morning all :)

Up at silly o'clock getting ready for the drive up to Wiltshire. Apparently the M25 was closed for about 7hrs yesterday afternoon because of an accident, fingers crossed things are a lot calmer today. Allowing even more time than usual as we're due at my aunt and uncle's later around 3.30pm and it would be nice to get checked in at the hotel and freshen up first.

Hope S is recovering nicely weka x

Will have my tablet so should be able to stay in touch.

Hope you all have a good day :)

jen x

And to Missy and Weka, hope she's doing okay xx

A spot of bathroom and rug cleaning for me today. Grumpy is under orders to remove the outside lights and no doubt I'll end up packing them. Think I've packed all the household stuff and he's managed half of the garage

Chicken curry for dinner :)

Have a good day everyone xx

Morning everyone :)

Ally enjoy the partying - I'm going to finish my wrapping later today, as I've got a busyish week ahead too. Food shop tomorrow, WW and the meal out afterwards on Monday, Cheltenham on Tuesday with Mick to see The Snowman and Peter and the Wolf at the Town Hall, and I was thinking of asking H if he wants to see Star Wars on Wednesday  :D So I'd best get it done today ;)

Jen safe trip, and have a good time :) xxx

Morning Ton, happy packing! :D 8-)

Well H arrived last night, it's lovely to have him here :) We'll be out later for some lunch and a mooch, and then popping to see D later, I also have some clothes of Harry's (all either almost new or unworn, thanks to his massive growth spurt this year) to drop at Tesco's for the homeless appeal that a lady who used to go to WW started, through a local church. It has taken off so well here that she's been in the local paper, and on the local radio and the local TV talking about it! I think the fact she was homeless herself at one time, but has built a good life, married and now has grown up daughters that has caught the media attention.

Have a good weekend everyone :) xxx

The question I'm asking myself, it's 11:30pm. Missy needs medicine at 1:00am. Do I go to bed?

Morning all, nice here but rain due later, and it is unbelieveably warm, we didn't bother putting on the heating! A few different things on the list today - I have already cleaned the shower doors, best done when actually in the shower! I have a few things to buy locally, might do some wrapping, ironing. Lamb shanks for dinner are simmering away in the slow cooker, and yayayay Strictly final tonight, so we will be ensconced in our chairs at 6.30 with some nice treats to sustain us through the evening's excitement :D

Always a tough one....could you set an alarm and snooze on the couch?

Have a good day everyone :)

Good morning all.

It's dull, breezy and warm here. Certainly not seasonable weather. :(

Time for wrapping up Cristmas presents now, I suppoes. That's my job for this afternoon. :)

This evening we have the annual Christmas Party here at our Lodge, when we all behave like children,
singing carols and playing games like Pass the Parcel, etc. Proper second-childhood games.
(We are recording the STRICTLY programme to view later.)

Hope you are all fighting fit. Have a nice weekend.

:Hi: :Hi: :Hi: :Hi: :Hi: :Hi:

Morning all (just!) :)
Yet another grey and horrible day here...

I was up and showered and out early to gt a parking space since it's the last market before Christmas.
Didn't get anything for anyone else but bought Bb and I a present :)
Discovered this has opened just down the lane from us, and they had their first stall at the market today
http://dancingcows.co.uk/
Bb doesn't like 'proper' beer so I bought us a bottle of damson gin :)

Hope the drive hasn't been too bad Jen xx
Have a lovely party Aggers, you too Ally :)
That lady's done a good job Kaz :)

I might - might, mind - get our tree up later
Strictly and our Saturday pizza much looked forward to :Hi:
