Such a palaver

Our friend Danckert ordered a new sofa bed, from a local firm. This was in September. They said delivery would be the first week of October.
They contacted him by e-mail to say it woulds now be the first week of December.
Last week, I rang them and had a right ding dong with them about delivery dates and their excuses were pathetic
So we arranged that they would ring me this week, to say when they would deliver.
This morning, they rang to say it would be "about 2.00" this afternoon. At 3.00 I rang and they said it would be another hour and a half so we thought we'd go for a walk. They rang back to say it would be about 6.00
So we're re-arranged for Wednesday morning. And if they're not there - then I'm doing straight round to the shop and will really blow my stack.
They're an English form and their attitude stinks. As soon as I have delivery and they've taken the old one away, I'll be hitting facebook and ex-pats forums
