Morning all. Grey and mizzly here this morning.

Pottering for me this morning, trying hard not to think about this afternoon. I'm dreading it - I am hoping not to have to be sedated but I gag when I have a hair in my mouth so god knows how I'll manage to swallow a camera on a tube!!!!!

Safe flight Ali.

Morning you two

Safe travels Ally and have just the best time - how long are you in the UK this time? Knowing how manic your schedule usually is, I'm already exhausted for you

Sending tons of vibes for you Debih; hope it all goes as smoothly as possible and it's all over and done with asap xxxx Do you have someone to take you / be with you in case you do need sedation?

Usual work day for me - hope it's a bit quieter than yesterday; didn't have much chance to do much personal stuff at all and then a busy evening at home trying to sort a few things that just don't seem to be getting done. I need more hours in the day; I really do!

Have a lovely day all xxxx

Morning everyone

A gorgeous morning :D

Debih, did I miss something? Hope it's not as bad as it seems to be - and I'd have to be sedated too. Sending you a huge hug.

Safe journey Ally, but you're nearly there now   have a great time in Brum x

And another one to Osc., hope you had a good night and are feeling a bit better this morning.

off to Tavira later, to swop the shirt for Grumpy. We've both lost just over a kilo, so feeling pleased.

After that, I don't know. The sun is shining, I might just have to sit on th front step with a book and read :D :D

Hugs for the poorlies and hope we all havea good day xx

Morning everyone :)

Ally, have a safe flight and a fantastic time! Bet you can't wait to see your boys :D :D 8-)

Debih, I'd go for the sedation I think, especially if you have an active gag reflex. I do, so would need the sedation :( Otherwise just breathe deeply, counting slowly and concentrate on the count. That should help. Sending hugs (((((((hugs)))))) that it all goes well, and that the results are good xxxxx

Morning Ria :)

Morning cruiser :)

Ton, that's good news on the weight loss 8-) :)

Well I'm not doing much today, I was supposed to be having a coffee with someone from WW, but she was going to ring me to firm up details and she hasn't  That's the second time actually, we were due to do this the week before I went to Corfu but she cancelled last minute - I wouldn't mind but a coffee together was her suggestion in the first place :? Oh well, not to worry!  I have ironing needing clearing and stuff to get on with, might venture out later but it looks pretty yucky out there anyway ;)

Have a good day everyone :)

I'm just checking that your op went as well as you said it did ;)

No, it's all down to a very slow PC at work - I thought I hit the submit button but nothing happened so clicked on it again so it posted twice. Hopefully one of the mods will come along and zap one of them for me ;-)

Morning all :D

A bit overcast here, but dry at the moment, long may it last.

I expect you've landed now Ally, have a nice time catching up.

I'd definitely need sedation debih, don't be afraid to ask, hope it all goes well x

Well done on the weight loss Ton 8-)

Not much planned for today. I'm out with the coffee ladies this evening though, should be fun.

Hope you all have a good day :D

Morning all, dreary looking out there. I had a reasonable night, and I'm sure there might be a nap in the chair later ;) I managed a shower - goodness, crutches are awkward - and will be mostly sitting with my foot elevated for the rest of the day. Photo of large ankle and small ankle on my other thread. Plenty of reading and knitting I can do! Have a safe journey Ally. Have a good day everyone :)
