Wheelie bins and drunks.

Our wheelies tend to be 'parked' next to the path leading to our properties.

Last night some aerosols decided it would be a great idea to create an 'art installation' in the middle of the road using a selection of green and black bins from several properties.

Kn0b heads.

<splurtle>

Traffic calming measure?

Edited to add: Down here, you'll find most of the wheelie bins left abandoned in the middle of the road are deposited by the binmen themselves.
The technique seems to be "empty, detach from lorry, point vaguely in general direction of house, and shove ....."

I heard a lot of bin shuffling at about 7:30 as people moved them off the road, but we then had to work out which bins belonged to whom.

I am not against people doing japes, but wheelie bin art, it was apparently a skull - very Halloween - give me a break.

Our binmen are pretty good, they always put them back on the path.

Are you sure it wasn't Banksey, on a day trip from Bristol, trying to create a Northern version of Dismaland? :P ;)
