just one generation? The first generation through the Internet bubble has encouraged the second generation to be even more idiotic.

I'm sure there is some natural law of limitation there, but I'm struggling to think what it is. It seems the ability not to think knows no bounds.

Not that I'm immune from that myself. But I do at least try. It's quite funny really because when I was using Nokia phones with dial up internet and had two phones with me and was constantly available, everyone made disparaging comments about just having the technology (we're talking mid to late 90's here) I didn't use it all that much, but I certainly had the capability when others didn't.
