Postby Ally » 25 Oct 2015, 07:31

Good morning. :D

Rain forecast today but it looks bright at the moment so will pick the parentals up and we're going to Torremolinos flea market. It's huge. :D :D

Back to ours for a roast chicken dinner, cheesecake and cash up front dominoes.

Have a great day everyone.

Good morning Sunday

Postby meriad » 25 Oct 2015, 07:32

The advantage of the clocks going back; I'm up bright and early, it's light and oh so super very quiet.... what a beautiful autumn morning this is. The sun is trying to beak through the thin cloud cover and the red of the trees is looking all the more vivid for it.... bliss :D

Sitting here with my 2nd cuppa, washing machine is on the go and the last of the tomatoes in the slow cooker to make tomato sauce. Got a few things to do this morning, then off to the local rescue to drop off two underweight hedgehogs. My neighbour caught one Friday night at 340 grams so I suspect it's a litter mate of the two I took last week, but then last night when I got home I saw another dinky one, managed to catch it and little thing is only 200gr... he's absolutely dinky :D So they'll be off on their winter holiday a bit later today. Then to Karl's who is helping me make two more hibernation boxes and then back home for the rugby and just chill time....

Hope everyone has a lovely Sunday, vibes to the poorlies where needed xxx

Morning ladies, I had to merge your Morning threads :) Good morning all :D

Ally, enjoy the dominoes - no cheating now! :P ;)

Ria, it is nice to be up 'early' but to have still had plenty of sleep :D I think it's great, what you do for the hedgehogs, they are lovely creatures  :)

Well Mick just made brekkie here, the dogs are still quiet (I don't think the time change kicked in yet) and we've got a long and hopefully peaceful Sunday ahead of us 8-) I want to get our winter pansies and Spring bulbs later, before we go food shopping, and if it dries up as forecast I might get those in later :Hi: I hope so as my garden looks a bit scraggy at the moment ;) Otherwise we'll be doing a lot of mot much :D

Have a good Sunday everyone :)

Morning all :D

Rushing about like mad. Z's just texted to say M is off to the station with the boys and the train arrives at 10.13. Bolting brekkie down as we have to get the bus to the station to pick them up so M can do a quick turn round and go straight back home. Blimey it's all go here, at least the sun's shining.

Not sure what we'll be doing for the rest of the day, it won't be quiet though

Hope you all have a good day :D

Morning everyone

A lovely long lie-in

Blue sky and sunshine, after yet more rain - no, I'm really not complaining   Skirt back on, jeans in wardrobe.

General pootling again for us today, no idea what we'll be doing. Roast pork for dinner and then the GP to look forward to and that's about it.

Hope you don't get too worn out Jen ;) enjoy your time with them xx

Well done Ria, for helping those poor babies out xx

Hugs to all the poorlies and hope we all have a good day xx

Morning all, I was awake early of course, but stayed in bed anyway. It is dull but dry out there, so I am just about to put out some washing. I did the ironing yesterday but of course there will soon be more  We will just see where the day takes us, although there is of course rugby and football on this afternoon so he will be ensconced in front of the telly. Enjoy your Sunday everyone :)

Good morning all. Hope you are all well.

We haven't anything special planned yet for today but we'll think of something, I'm sure. :D

Afternoon :)
A beautiful day here but so far wasted on us  :D

We've been up all right but been completely engrossed in the most amazing innings by South Africa against India in a one day International (cricket).
They've scored an incredible 437 runs in their 50 overs, three players got centuries...I know most of you will have no idea what I'm talking about but believe me it's exciting :D
Especially as it's in Mumbai and the crowds are fantastic, they love cricket and were cheering as much for the batsmen as they would for their own side :)

So as for the rest of the day, it depends how India's innings goes :D
We have roast beef for later, W/rose kindly sent a voucher for £3 off any beef joint :Hi:
