Tonights dinner

by request of the birthday boy

chicken breasts, wrapped in presunto, stuffed with garlic and cheese, hasslebak potatoes, green beans, broccoli and a humungeous amount of garlic mushrooms :lol: :lol:

We are having a 2010 doc reserva Terra d'Amarelja red wine, which was given to us years ago and we thought we'd better drink it, before it went orf :lol:

Tomorrow night will be black pork, the night after will also be black pork, with 3.50 litre of house red.

Sounds absolutely delish!!! :D :D

Mick and B are having Bolognese parcels with tomato and mascarpone sauce. I'm not always wild about pasta, so jacket potato with coleslaw for me Instead ;)

I actually like pasta, as long as I make the sauce to go with it. I normally make a very fattening onion, cheese and presunto sauce - and about enough past for me, him and next door :oops: :lol: :lol: :lol:

Jacket potato is out, unless if take off the skin, which really defeats the object :roll: :lol: :lol: :lol:
