The final remains of last Sunday's lamb joint, diced in a tomato and mushroom sauce, with cauli.
It's very much a "grey day" here today and it feels as if Autumn is well on the way now, so a hot meal will be welcome!

Beef schnitzel with mash potatoes and a green salad
Tonight is to be chilli con carne with leftovers planned on Friday ie the kids favourite meal. They put up with Chilli con carne as they love "tortillas". Which is mince, onion, mushrooms, capsicum, carrot, lettuce, cheese, avocado, wrapped up in the Tortilla wrap held together with a bit of sour cream

I also had tortilla wraps with loads of veg and chicken dressed in a honey, soy sauce, lemon juice and chilli vinaigrette. My first meat this week.
