Had a nice time in Cork at the christening although it was really cold and dull. The "do" was held in a pub by the river and the idea was that there would be a barbecue and we could eat outside but it was far too miserable and we stayed inside. We didn't stay late. My two nieces looked gorgeous especially the older one, who looked stunning - age 40 and seven weeks on from having her first baby by CS. Got some nice family photos, will pop one over on the photo board. The same niece told me I looked fantastic (but added the dreaded caveat "for your age" :lol:

).

Been busy today as we are off to Blackpool on Friday and we have someone coming to stay tomorrow until Friday, and Mr Osc had a dental appointment today as well so there plenty to be done.

Glad you had a nice time Osc - the weather sure can play havoc with plans sometimes though. :roll:

Welcome back Osc - back handed compliment if ever there was one! Why do people feel they have to add that bit?? Takes the first bit completely away, for me...
