well to be specific Deal.

We have made a decision. I am going to tell The National Hospital Luke is not available for surgery until after 12th September. We wouldn't have the staff to help in August for one thing and for another we both have a week off work first week in September and I reckon we deserve a holiday. We have put our lives on hold for May, June, July and August and September will be the same after the 12th. We haven't had a summer holiday since July 2013 and whilst the first week of September is hardly summer, it'll have to do.

So I have been looking at apartments and found two really lovely ones. One in Minnis Bay, which I now understand is just an offshoot of Margate, so can't say that appeals, but another lovely one in Deal.

Anyone know anything about Deal?

Minnis Bay is lovely, Shell but nothing much to do. It is the posh end of Margate near Birchington.

Deal has a nice sea front with all the boats.
It is near Dover if you fancied a day trip to France.

I have contacted the owners now so hopefully we can get it booked. It sounds lovely a very friendly seaside town for visitors, sounds great to me
