I'm just about to have my first anti-bacterial shower and suddenly realised that I'll have to keep the Gladys bag on, not wanting to get any of the stuff on the stoma. May not do any harm, but better be safe than sorry.

Then I'm going to have to put the alarm on for early tomorrow morning, so I can have breakfast before 7.00am
