A brief explanation on how to get and post your own individual avatar

First

Click User Control Panel (underneath Board Index)
Then choose Profile from the available tabs along the top of that page
Third option down is edit avatar
Upload from machine, you might find your pics are too big, if so, then have a look at this site to resize your pic

Just follow the instructions and when you have saved the smaller pic to your pc, upload that one to here and
Click submit

Job done!

ETA - The option on that avatar site is to have the sizing at 200, but if you have trouble with that, change the sizing to 120 and that should work

That site works perfectly, and is really simple to use, no logging in or anything
