Pleasantly hot. :lol:

Just about to have a swim having had my coffee.

Don's coming home!!!

He's due to land at 7.45 tonight.

We'll drop his case off and head straight out for a bloomin good old catch up and a few beers.

Can't wait!

Conor's 8 hours into his 16 hour coach journey to Cantabria - he took his pillow :lol:

hoping for a long kip through the night. I'll whatsapp him in a minute and see how he is. (And where!) :lol:

I did a 24 hour coach trip when I wasn't much older than Conor - I hope he got more sleep than I did

A quiet day in today, I think. I have a load of washing and ironing to catch up on, and then I think I might sit in the garden for a bit and catch some sun - because it looks sunny! :shock:

It's sunny!!

A bit nippy out there, but blue sky and sunshine

Gosh 16 hours, I hope he's managed to sleep

We're going out

Bb has to take the car to Christchurch for an inspection & estimate on the damage done the other day. It looks pretty much superficial so hopefully it won't be much of a job, but then they'll arrange when to do it.
Sainsburys is at Christchurch so he's going to drop me there first then come and get me. His parents live just down the road so we're also returning his dad's mini-fridge (that we've had since our Christmas party).
It was his mum's birthday yesterday so we're taking her presents; she won't be there as she has a spa day today

(but promised to leave us birthday cake)

His dad will be though, so we might take him out for lunch

I have to say all 3 of my lads were born with the ability to sleep wherever, whenever and whatever the circumstances....just like their mum! :lol:

ETA yesterday was the first day since Saturday Don getting get soaked! :lol:

My dad was like that Ally, my mum used to say he could sleep on a clothes line

Bright and sunny here, although it did rain a bit overnight.

We were so busy doing other bits yesterday we still haven't completed operation spare bedroom so all our energies will be focused in there today. The boys are arriving Sunday for a couple of nights so we really must get it sorted.

No other plans will see how the day pans out.

Must admit, Paul is like that - sleep standing up, that lad. (he also has a thing about looking at himself in mirrors, windows etc, but that's another story :lol:
