a little different

I had two small chicken breasts, so diced them up, chopped half a red pepper, two rather old leeks, some fresh mushrooms, lobbed the chicken breasts in one pan, with some teriaki sauce and a couple of shakes of something chinesy spices, put the veg in another pan, with some chicken oxo ( thanks Di x)and some maize flour, water and other chinesy type spicey things. boiled it all up, added noodles and lobbed it all in a dish.

Grumpy said it was lovely and can I do it again, sometime. No I said, I have no idea what measurements went into it, it'll be different next time
