Almost ready for the off

L that is.

She has school until 2pm tomorrow and we head off to Guide camp at around 5.15pm.

Her bed roll (contains sleeping mat, sleeping bag, onesie, bed socks, blanket and teddy) is all wrapped up and tied in a bow.

We are packing her bag when she gets home from school - everything is laid out ready.

I'm very envious - I want to go!

I'd love to go too, but not the sleeping on the ground bit ;)
Can we do glamping with proper beds? :)

Yeah, you're right - camp by day, based around a 5-star hotel :)

I'm not sure how she is going to cope without her straighteners, tongues and curling wand for a whole week.

Particularly as she gets back on the Saturday evening only to go camping for a week in Norfolk on the Monday!!!!

I am so jealous...

All that open air and silly games.

Back to basics, brilliant!

I'd love to go too.

(Have you guys seen my tent? It's only missing the room service, but I'm training the kids)
