A run shortly, back for a swim then coffee and bacon butties. :D :D

Need to de-pear the pear tree so will be making pear crumble and thinking of other ways to use them up.

Have a great day everyone and good luck to Kaz for this afternoon. xxx

Morning Ally, morning everyone

A glorious morning here in London - just as well it's not tipping down given that the entire working force has to either queue for buses or walk for miles because of this stupid tube strike. Thankfully it doesn't affect me at all but I really feel for all those struggling to get to work and some actually losing out on pay because of the strike.

Usual work day for me and then home to potter about

Have a fab day everyone

xx

Morning all. Lovely day here too.

Pottering around the house this morning, then walk the dog and then head to the allotment for the afternoon. Swim later.

And that's my day!

Evening all
School holidays here and cold. Did lots of washing today, but none of it got dry, so I'm putting lots through the dryer now. And that's about all. A lovely quiet day at home with helpful children taking turns to dust and vacuum.

Morning everyone

Hot 8-)

Off to do the beer run soon, then back to do not a lot - again. Although I'm getting fed up doing nothing and may just wash down all the kitchen tiles - they haven't been done for a while and they do look all super shiney when they're done

Tuna salad for a change tonight

Good luck for this afternoon Kaz - go and wow 'em :D :D

Enjoy your day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning all :) Thanks for the good luck wishes for later :D I'll post afterwards and let you know how it goes :)

Ria I'm glad the train disruption isn't affecting you at all ((x))

Debih, that does sound like a good day :)

Ton :D

Saundra that is a strange one, I think they make them up, out of bits of other names :? :D

Weka, do they fancy a short trip, just around the world, to come and do mine? ;) :D

Well, it's a sunny one here today :D First wash load about to go out, and then the next will go in so I can peg it all out before I go for my walk :) Then I need to be back before 3.30 for my interview. Becks is working today again, but only a 4-8pm shift.

Have a nice day, whatever you are doing :) xxx

Morning :)
Hmm well, it was bright blue sky and sunshine at 7, it's gradually clouded over...the washing's just gone out and the man on the radio is still saying it's a dry day with lots of sun :?

Bb's working in our town today, which is a nice change; he won't have to go out till nearly 12, then he can take our parking clock and move car parks if need be. You get 3 hours on it, so it's not as if you have to keep doing it :) Much easier for him than having to drive miles then find it's all parking permits

Good luck Kaz, don't forget you're interviewing them too ;) :) x
Meriad I know, it's a nightmare isn't it. Used to happen to me, and I worked mostly in Wigmore then Baker St - rather a looooong walk!
Ton pop over here, nowhere near as hot and plenty of cleaning to keep you amused :D
Weka I'm not sure you've ever said you've had a quiet day before  :P :D
Have a good day all
