Just had the phone call and it's official we've exchanged with completion scheduled for 8th July.
Our notice on this house will take effect (must now write the letter to our landlord) from this weekend so we probably won't move into the bungalow until later in July. Will give us a couple of extra weeks to measure up and decide what we can actually take with us. We've definitely got to lose some of the furniture we brought here with us..........minor problem.
This whole buying process has taken almost a year, we moved here at the end of Sept, can't tell you how relieved we are
