Grumpy had a letter from an insurance company - his mum paid into a policy for years and although it's taken them 2 years to find him , we can fill in the forms and have the dosh

We reckon about 50 quid - well, it was a long time ago

And after all the kerfuffle and hassle with my very small private pension, I'm taking it out, so that's another 7,000 ish pounds sterling into our acount

But it's costing me another 300 to take out my own money

every little helps though doesn't it... is the 300 for you to transfer the money from the UK to Portugal or just regular admin fees?

But nice to have a bit of spare in your bank account for when it's needed x

a, the person I was dealing with took 6 months to get something sorted
b, said person is a prat
c, said person didn't really answer my questions
d, said person is a prat
e, said person was being incredibly lax
f, said person is a prat
g, my money man, who personally knows the ceo is also not a happy person
h, the dealings have now been taken away from the prat
i, the prat is on his last warning
j, I'm really hoping the ceo will cancel all the money I have to pay out, seeing as how said prat actually lost me money, as he was such a prat, taking 6 months to get a simple, easy thing sorted.
