last night buyer went to their house and said -i have transferred deposit to my solicitor this afternoon

confirmed this morning

this afternoon buyer's solicitor says sorry i made a mistake ,have'nt had any money

buyer says he e-mailed estate agent & solicitor last

both say they can't see any money

The estate agent and solicitor are probably right. The money will not show until it has 'cleared' and that can take up to eight working days with some banks, even with bank-to-bank transfers.
