Morning all :)

We have sunshine here too - yayyyyyy!!! :D

Happy Birthday to Craig, Ally :D 8-) 8-) 8-)

Di that's a PITA about your scan, I hope they can fit you in before the follow up  Hope you can enjoy a nice day in the sunshine instead today 8-) :) :)

I will definitely be going out, for a walk, to enjoy this lovely weather while we have it ;) Not staying out for too long though, as I really am still not feeling myself at the moment, so am trying to take it a bit easy ;) I gave the garden table another coat of oil on Saturday, today it will be the turn of the chairs, and there is washing waiting to go through so I'll get that done. B can get some of hers done too, we haven't had a day without rain at all for ages!

Hope the sun is shining where you are today - so have a good one :) xxxxx

Morning all. It was lovely this morning when I hung my washing out but now its drizzling and as I'm at work I can't fetch the washing in. Oh well.

Work until around 2pm, then a run and then off to fetch L from school. The to-ing and fro-ing from school is starting to bug me now but there's nothing I can do about it - she's on crutches and although she could get the bus I would still have to take her up and down the hill. Next week I have three days when I am working late so am having to try to make other arrangements for her to get home and I haven't even thought about the week of the meet when she is staying at my mums! I think my brother in law will be doing most of the pick ups!

We are off out for a meal with friends tonight. The local Chinese restaurant is under new management so we thought we'd give it a try - I think there's about 15 of us going. But I've got to pop out at some point to take L home. She has Guides from 7pm to 9.15pm and I said that I would take so that I would be back for the meal at 8pm. But the person that is bringing her back won't drive up our hill and she can't walk up on the crutches so I'm going to have to come out of the meal to nip her home and then go back down again. Grrr. I was hoping that it would be the other parent bringing back as she does drive up our hill.

We are back at the fracture clinic tomorrow but I'm not expecting any promising news. Her foot still hurts as much as when she did it four weeks ago (although I'm pretty sure running around on the beach without the boot last week didn't help matters).

Morning everyone

Hot :D 8-) 8-)

Happy Birthday to Craig x

Off to Tavira later, after proper bacon butties :D :D :D :D

Going to the charity shop - they've changed their hours and were shut when we went last week  then onto the English food shop for things like bacon, sausages, pork pies

Am taking them a few books, as they just ask for a donation to the bombeiros :D

Enjoy the sunshine :D :D :D and the day everyone xx

I don't know but talking to a neighbour his daughter in law did it and she was wearing the boot for 6 weeks and then had another couple of weeks on crutches after that. And I doubt she was running around the beach without the boot on for one of those weeks.

I just really hope that its all sorted out by the time she goes to Guide Camp - its cost me a fortune!! But surely, it'll be okay by 24th July??????

The doctor at the fracture clinic did say she would have been better off breaking it! I need to talk to them about pain relief - she is practically eating ibuprofen at the moment and it isn't touching it!

Morning all :D

Happy Birthday to Craig x

Hope they can fit you in for the scan before your appointment Di.

It's the hairdresser this morning, I'll pick E up afterwards so we can have a quick trip into the village, need more fresh veggies. The sun's shining so hopefully we'll get to stroll round the harbour too.

Hope you all have a good day :D

Oh Debih the poor kid, and poor you too! Hope they can get some decent pain relief sorted, and that she's better by the time she's due to go to camp!

Morning Jen, have a lovely day in the sunshine, at the seaside :D 8-) :D
