It pays to go to the top

I have been trying, since November, to move a smallish pension (within the same company) from one area to the other.
Firstly, Tom, our money man, filled in the form, sent it off. We heard nowt. So he sent it off again in December, we heard nowt.
In January, he contacted the firm, and was told that a certain MlT would be in touch.
This he did - to me - and informed me that I didn'pt have any account/money/pension or anything to do with his company
Tom then rang, sent e-mails and mlt got back to me, asking me to confirm I did, indeed have a pension with them the name, account number etc etc.
Two more months passed
Tom contacted them again and Matt sent me an e-mail, asking me to confirm what the first form said. So I di.
Then he asked me to confirm what thhe second form said -which was exacatly the same as the first
So I did
He then e-mailed me again, asking me to confirm, in writing rather than e-mail (fair enough) but this is now May.
So last week, I sent off a registered letter, in my hand-writing, confirming what I wanted to do with my money,
This afternoon, I received an e-mail from Mlt, asking me to confirm what I wanted to do and there was then a load of complete tosh and gibberish, which I still cannot understand - certainly not English And no, it's not a foreign company, it's in Guernsey
Sent a text to Tom, he then sent the most stinging e-mail to the CEO of this particular company and this ceo is ringing me on Monday, once he's "looked at the files"
Oh, I am soooo looking forward to Monday
