Goooood Mooorning Monday

Postby tonicha » 11 May 2015, 08:14

Morning everyone

A gloriously sunn morning :D :D so work to be done in the gardenm, before it gets too hot 8-)

We decided yesterday that we hav too many pots and trees and so the axe will swing this morning. Hopefully, it will make both front and back gardens look less cluttered and bigger :D

ThenI have pootle things to do and Grumpy is going to replace one of the slats in the wooden rail in the back garden. We found a wooden bedhead by the bin yesterday, so brought it home, as it was ideal :D :D

Hope you all have a good day and the sun shines for you xx

Morning all - gosh everyone is a bit late this morning! We have sun and cloud and it is verrrry windy. I have absolutely no idea how my day is going to go - at the moment I am babysitting Kellie as Miss Osc and Michael have both gone to the doctor, she has an ongoing cough and felt very unwell last night, shivering, aching, and pain on the right side of her chest. Michael was not too good over the last few days, complaining of a sore ear and quite lethargic (although he is fine today). Added to this, he is supposed to have his follow up xray on his arm today, so we will see what doc says before planning further. SIL is working out of Dublin and could try to get back in time to take M for the xray but hopefully we can sort it out without needing him to do that, my sister was already taking care of Kellie this afternoon anyway. One of those days when I'm glad we live so near.

Hope everyone has a good day :)

Morning all. Lovely here this morning. Shame I'm stuck at work.

But I'm off for a run at 2pm to try out my new trainers.

Calling round at mums later to book her train tickets for next week - she's off to Keighley to stay with her friend for a week.

Morning :)
Dull, windy and quite chilly here - I'm sure they said the weather was going to improve from yesterday!

Been up and about doing stuff, towels are in the wash but undecided whether they'll be going outside or not :?
Good luck for them both at the Drs Osc - youngest used to get endless ear infections, always need checking out. Hope Miss Osc is ok xx
Ton I'm so looking forward to being able to say 'before it gets too hot'
Debih enjoy your new trainers :)

Bits and pieces of all sorts for me today, with this and that in between :D
Have a good day all

Wrong time of yearto be doing heavy stuff like this

Lenny the Lime tree has gone and I've (well, with some help) moved three plants, two to the back garden and one where Lenny was sat.

Now we've got the ficus and two orange bush things, which haven't bushed at all  and one pot with an orange tree in it to get rid of. The tangarine has been given a life line, for now 8-)

And then have to find somewhere to put all the compost and extra pots

And it's hot - ish ;)

Di, your towels would dry in a jiffy here - I hope the sun came out for you too 8-) :D

Hugs for all of your poorlies Osc ((((((((x))))))))

Hope your run went well Debih :)

Well everything worked out ok. Miss Osc has a chest infection, and Michael is fine. I offered to take him to the hospital for the xray but she wanted to hear what the doctor said which is fair enough, so we decided that I would do the driving. We dropped Kellie into my sister, the hospital system worked well, we got there by 1pm and were finished by 3pm. Collected Kellie on the way home and by the time we got to their house, SIL was home and ready to take over the children so Miss Osc could go to bed. I was exhausted when I got home and had to have a little nap in the chair  - well, it was very warm in the car and I woke before 6.30 this morning. Michael has to go back in three months for another xray, good that they are keeping an eye on the growth of new bone.
